Federal law (5 U.S.C. 6103) lists 11 legal public holidays. Turn on US federal holidays above to mark them on the calendar. When a holiday falls on a Saturday, federal employees on a Monday to Friday schedule take the Friday before; when it falls on a Sunday, they take the Monday after. Those days are listed as (observed).

- Choose Year (one page) or Months (12 pages). In the monthly view you can also pick a single month.
- Choose the paper orientation. A4 portrait suits the year view and A4 landscape suits monthly pages. On US Letter paper, set the scale to fit in the print dialog.
- Press Print or save as PDF. To get a file, pick Save as PDF as the printer.
- Menus and ads are left out of the printout, and each month starts on a new page.
